Crusher, mill or kiln fan bearing gone? Send the number and we will confirm stock the same day. We hold the 22200, 22300, 23000 and 24000 series from 25 mm to 500 mm bore in C3 and C4 clearances, cylindrical and K-taper bores. Spherical rollers earn their place in these positions because two rows of barrel rollers on a common spherical raceway take very high radial load and still tolerate a shaft that will not stay aligned.
Spherical roller bearings contain two rows of barrel-shaped rollers running on a common spherical outer raceway. This self-aligning design lets the bearing accommodate angular misalignment of up to 2–3° between shaft and housing — which is exactly why plants across India's cement, textile, and process industries specify them where shaft deflection or housing misalignment is unavoidable.
Compared to ball bearings, spherical roller bearings deliver significantly higher radial and axial load capacity, making them the preferred choice for heavy industrial applications where high loads and misalignment occur together.
As a spherical roller bearing supplier to cement, textile and process industries across India, we stock the full 22200, 22300, 23000 and 24000 series from SKF, FAG, NTN, NSK, NACHI, KOYO & TIMKEN — including C3 and C4 internal clearance grades for high-temperature use in cement kilns and dryers, and competitive 22200 series pricing on request.
All major series stocked in standard C3 clearance, with special grades available on order. Get the latest 22200 series spherical bearing India price on request.
Lightest spherical roller series. Good combination of radial load capacity and speed. Suitable for pumps, fans, and light gearboxes where some misalignment is expected.
Higher load capacity than 22200 due to wider cross-section. The most versatile spherical roller series, used in gearboxes, industrial fans, pumps, paper mill rolls, and conveyor drives.
Highest radial load capacity in the spherical roller family. Designed for crushers, ball mills, vibrating screens, and other severe heavy-duty applications common in mining and mineral processing plants across India.
Extra-heavy cross-section for extreme radial and combined loads. Used in the most demanding applications — large mill drives, kiln supports, and offshore equipment.
Factory-sealed spherical roller bearings (suffix E1 or similar) for high-contamination applications. No external sealing needed — ideal for outdoor, dusty, or wet environments.
High-temperature and heavy-load applications require greater internal clearance to prevent preloading during thermal expansion. We stock C3 as standard and can source C4 on order — the standard specification for cement plant bearing supply across India.
Standard bores held in Mumbai. Large-bore and sealed variants brought in on request.

Reading the number. From 04 upward, the last two digits give the bore in millimetres when multiplied by 5 — a 22215 takes a 75 mm shaft, a 23120 takes 100 mm. A K on the end means a tapered bore, which needs an adapter or withdrawal sleeve to mount.
Where these bearings fail early, it is usually one of these four decisions.
The inner ring runs hotter than the outer and expands more, closing the internal clearance in service. Above about 50 °C, specify C3. In cement mill and kiln fan positions, or where the fit on the shaft is tight, C4 is safer. A CN bearing in a hot position will run hot, then fail.
The 22200 series is the narrower, lower-capacity option and suits general conveyor and fan duty. The 23000 series is wider with a heavier roller set for crushers, mills and vibrating screens. Where shock load is part of daily running, go up a series rather than up a size.
A cylindrical bore presses onto a machined seat. A K-suffix tapered bore mounts on an adapter sleeve, which lets you fit it to a plain shaft and set the clearance reduction accurately during drive-up. Most plummer block installations use the K version.
In quarry, cement and sugar plant positions, contamination kills bearings faster than load does. A sealed -2CS5 variant costs more up front and pays for itself the first time it keeps grit out of the raceway. Where relubrication is easy and the environment is clean, open is fine.

Two rows of barrel rollers carry extreme radial and axial loads in heavy machinery.
Compensates for shaft deflection and misalignment up to 1.5–2 degrees, the core reason plants choose a self-aligning spherical bearing stockist over standard bearing types.
Robust design absorbs impact loads in crushers, screens and mills.
Case-hardened rings and rollers for long life under continuous duty.
Available with tapered bore and adapter/withdrawal sleeves for easy fitting.
Open and sealed (-2CS5) variants to keep out contaminants in dirty plants.
Optimised internal geometry and lubrication maximise bearing life.
22200, 22300, 23000 and 24000 series from 25 mm to 500 mm+ bore.
23000 series in jaw crushers, cone crushers, and ball mills — handling shock loads and misalignment under severe contamination.
Kiln support rollers, raw mill drives, and clinker cooler fans — C3/C4 clearance grades for elevated operating temperatures. As a cement plant bearing supplier across India, we stock these grades ready for dispatch.
22300 series for paper machine rolls, press sections, and dryer sections — handling high loads with misalignment in wet environments.
22200 and 22300 series for gearbox output shafts and pinion supports where shaft deflection under load creates misalignment.
