NTN has been building bearings in Japan since 1918, and the range has a reputation for holding tolerance at speed. We import genuine NTN and stock it in Mumbai — ball bearings, roller bearings, needle bearings and automotive hub units. It is a common specification on imported machinery, and often the brand a machine builder wrote into the manual.

Where a Japanese machine specifies NTN, an equivalent from another maker will usually fit dimensionally but may differ in internal clearance or cage design. On spindles and high-speed positions that difference shows up as heat. Ask us before substituting.
The full number including any suffix. If the marking has worn off, a photograph of the old bearing and the shaft diameter is usually enough for us to identify it.
If the exact NTN number is on the shelf we will say so. If it is not, we will tell you the lead time rather than quote a date we cannot meet.
